Day four: When paths collide

Yay... Congrates to me... I beat my own record of spending $260 in 4 days!!!

Nah, actually that was quite stupid of me.... i thought that i had an extra $120 in my reserves.. but noooooo. Well, now i am living on a flow of less than a $1 a day...

Well, been four days since i updated, many things have came and gone by in a small matter of time.... And thus the reason for my post title... It may not occur to you that many people we meet, somehow play a very important role in our lives. Someone here may affect what others may think... and so on...

Someone may be going through the same thing you went through, horrible or pleasant, and some how its the person right next to you, aiding you in your life, but you dont know... For me, its a 100% true....

When i first realised it, i was shocked, amazed, perplexed, surprised and not to mention stunned at this point. It so happens that my friend was once the type of person i am trying to deal with, in my path... (Well, you must be thinking, what the heck is this guy talking about... Sad to say, i will cover it in the next blog, the path of the sentinel pt. 2 .)

So, my friend and I devised an excellent theory. If our paths were meant to collide with each other, there must be a master planner... and for a person to plan out another's life, it would take him his lifetime, yet alone the whole world. So, the master planner must be none other than God...

And so the path continues, even though i am very bored at home doing absolutely nothing other than play generals, when i am supposed to do my work, i find myself thinking of the past, present and the future... thinking how many things had to collide with each other to form a line of action..

One last thing... I urge you to note.... to think of the people around you.... and think about the circumstances that have led you to do things or to meet people... just try and think... it may surprise you...

Well, thats all for today... another post... another life touched...

Day three: Mission accomplished Commander

Well see there my good ole keeper jersey------>

Today was a full day, me rushing from place to place... collecting money as i went... distrubuting of jerseys can be real tough you know.... with all the ppl crowding around you.

Well, i guess my title has to imply something... indeed it does... Well after i seem to found out what my life was going to be... it was going to be an all out war against the one who seeks to oppose it, i knew that many battles have to be fought in orfer to assure the victory. And so as to say, i managed to finish a battle and win today.

Friends are the most key elements in life, in which plays a very very important role to provide support, help, one to share your burdens and so on.... the list is endless from many points of view. As in the saying of friends: "A burden shared between a friend is a burden halved." Well, i cant tell you how absolutely true that statement is... for it is quite rare in this society that we may find true friends, and here i go with another saying: "Finding friends is easy, finding good friends is hard." I really learnt the comfort of knowing that there are friends out there who would help, where in this world there may be very few... HAI... Life's tough, wadda ya expect???

To put it simply, try to reconsile all broken friendships for (here i go again): "Try to keep old friends, for there is no new one like the old one." Then one will learn to appreciate the friendship between both parties...

I really love this book: " the power of influence" by John C. Maxwell. It gives many quotes about friends and relationships, such as the ones above. Its quite cool really, one should take time to read it...

Well, to top it all of, i'll share a strange experience today... While i was in Toa Payoh, at a bus stop, i saw this middle aged man trying to please a lady with flowers. The lady seemed to be in a quarrel of some sort, with the man, as whatever the man did, she didnt care. Then the lady got onto a car, the man threw the flowers into the car while the door was still opened, and the lady threw the flowers back out... This is one experience i will never forget... In the public quarrel... Now, how many times can you see that... Its my second time really...

So there it is... today's post... time to sleep and get some rest for tomorrow's CIP duty... Again i go!!!!
